- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Donna had an appt today at 8:45am. She got there and was signed in at exactly 9:00. The lady gave her papers to fill out and Donna sat there for 20 mins. The lady then told her she couldn't be seen due to being late. Last month she was in the waiting room for almost 3hrs. I guess that fine on there end. I own a business and know that it all comes down to service. Today should have been a 10min talk about labs and what's the next step. If this rating had a zero star I would give it. Prices and times can be easily overlooked but the personal touch and sincere care that you give is what will build your legacy and what people will remember.February 13, 2017by Jack Breeding
